We hope you like your purchase but if not, for any reason you would like an exchange or refund then that’s no problem at all (if you haven’t worn it down the pub…)
Boxer shorts are non-exchangeable nor refundable due to hygiene.
Please return Full price items within 30 days of purchase for a refund or an exchange.

Return Exceptions
If you've worn your shirt to a party, spilled red wine on it or used it as a beach towel then we'd prefer it if you didn't return it as it's just awkward for both of us.
Please bear in mind that a lot of factors affect the colour of a shirt seen online.
These factors include: screen resolution, whether the shirt was photographed in sunshine or shade and more. If you feel that the colour of the shirt does not match that seen on your screen, please get in touch with us to discuss this.
To receive a full refund, all returned items must be in their original, unworn, unwashed condition, in the original packaging including all tags.
We offer free returns for exchange or credit. We do not offer free returns for a refund. If your order is incorrect or faulty, please email frangipani@4filment.com and we will resolve this as soon as possible.
Returns may take up to 5 working days to process once the items have been received.
Should you wish to exchange an item that’s no problem we’ll do this with pleasure and no postage cost, or you can receive Store Credit instead of a refund to spend within 6 months.

Orders placed before 1pm are sent out by DPD Express shipping.

This should be emailed to you when your order is shipped out.

The rate charged for the shipping is dependent on destination and price will be shown at check out.
