- How does Frangipani Funds work?
Our Loyalty Program is designed to reward you when you make purchases, referrals and more. You can then spend the funds you’ve earned as gift vouchers online with us.
- Who is eligible to join?
As long as you have an online account with us you’re all set to start earning from your next purchase. Not set up? Register via the pink button in the bottom of your screen.
- How do I earn?
You earn points for every purchase you make online with us, £1 will earn you 1 point. You can also earn points for supporting us in other ways, such as connecting on socials. We'll also pre-load your account with 25 points to get you started!
- How do I spend?
Once you’ve racked up 200 points, we’ll email you your unique £10 gift voucher code to spend online at checkout. Or, when you log-in you can find it in your rewards account via the pink button to redeem at any time.
- How can I check my balance?
Your points balance can be checked anytime by logging into your Frangipani account via the pink button.
- Do my points expire?
No, they’re all yours - you’ve earned them!
- Can I use my funds alongside other promotions or discounts?
They are valid on sale items, but can’t be doubled up with other offer codes.
- What if I return an item purchased with my points?
If your order isn’t quite right, no problems. Once your return has been processed please email us frangpani@4filment.com and we can pop your points back on your Frangipani Funds account ready for your next purchase.
- What will happen to any points earned on a purchase if I return it?
We’ll simply correct your balance when we process your return - nothing for you to do!
- What should I do if I need help setting up my account or redeeming my points?
